Invest in your growth mindset.
Let’s talk about your growth mindset opportunities.
Congratulations! If you are here and read this far, it means you are invested in your employees’ growth. Every company has unique challenges, and I will work with you to discover your teams’ unique challenges and areas of opportunity. From there I develop a custom proposal based on your goals, logistics, and budget. I can work nimbly and create bespoke content targeted towards your company’s values, mission, and current needs. In me you will find a seasoned corporate leader, public speaker, and master presentation builder — excited to motivate and inspire your teams towards identifying and actioning transformation areas.
It is no secret. Good leaders make all the difference.
When companies invest in their employees, they are more successful. Over 70% of people say their personal sense of purpose is defined by work (McKinsey). And what keeps employees happy in their jobs is not about projects, titles, and pay; rather, it is about strong leaders. In fact, the old adage that “people quit managers, not companies” is only partly true — more recent research shows that even strong managers cannot make up for poor leaders, but strong leaders can raise the entire morale of a company and make up for weak management (Culture Amp). Either way you slice it, companies that invest in a strong leadership growth enjoy higher employee satisfaction, retention rates, and productivity — ultimately leading to greater business longevity and bottom line growth.
“If we hire giants, we shall become a company of giants.” - David Ogilvy
Good leaders know that investing in employees’ learning, development, and well-being begets a company of self-leaders. 89% of companies said a failed hire was not due to a lack of hard skills, but rather, soft skills. The “poor attitude” that can develop when employees are neglected in their development, overworked, or passed up for promotions. These employees inevitably burn out and quit, or worse, “quiet quit.” Specific coaching, career pathing, team management, and investment in employee learning can shape positive attitudes, creating a more loyal employee base.
This is why I firmly believe in employee 1x1 coaching and ongoing development through workshops and trainings can build a company of self-leaders — true giants who know how to show up for themselves and others.
The coaching mindset is not just a trend — there is real data behind this impact. Fortune Magazine just published an article about a company who replaced all of its managers with coaches — and employees became 20% more productive (and much happier).

I love teaching and facilitating leadership and management workshops. In my corporate career, I have led groups as large as 65 through Boot Camps and workshops, and in my coaching career have led smaller groups ranging from 5-20 in more intimate settings, such as the annual retreat I co-host in Mexico.
My style is authentic, open, inclusive and I aim to create environments where participants can truly open up and engage as we aim for those “light bulb moments.”
I can teach predetermined content or create original content with up to 1 week’s notice. In addition to over 15 years presenting and teaching, I am also trained in improv — so I can even host “on the fly” and am comfortable with a loose or open agenda.
