Let’s work on work together.
Let’s face it — work is different these days and so are you. It’s not about “fitting in” to work culture. It’s time to evolve and align work with your authentic self — not the other way around.
Whether you are a job seeker looking to land the next right thing, a manager looking to up-level your leadership skills, or you are ready for a promotion — I got your back. For over a decade I have helped high performers carve their career path, get the recognition they deserve, and lead from their strengths.
I love to help others find what lights them up, own their strengths, and show up powerfully at work and in life. If this intrigues you, scroll down to learn about working together.

I work on core value alignment, inner listening, vision and goals, and clients contemplating big life shifts — changing jobs, moving to new cities, launching projects or businesses. While I cannot guarantee said shift, I can help clients identify a clear direction and next step that feels like the right choice for their bodies. My main mission is to help women align with their north star and grounding values so they can integrate their present actions with their most deeply held beliefs about what they want in the world and the legacy they want to create in their wake.

This is not always a clear line. Therapy focuses on the past, present and future, while coaching focuses primarily on the present and future. Therapy is designed to help you work through deeper issues such as anxiety, depression, or trauma, while coaching is focused on personal growth and professional development. I am not a licensed therapist and if you are seeking therapy, I encourage you to find the best therapist for you. If you are seeking an accountability partner to hold an open space for you to move towards big goals in your future, I am your girl. For more on these differences, check out this resource.

I find that I am most powerful when giving my full and undivided attention, offering deep listening and engagement with my clients. While I like to have a desired outcome or agenda, I believe that aliveness is created when we give each session the space to breathe and truly come alive in this full and embodied presence. Here, we can listen together for what is said and unsaid. My former clients have benefitted from this style and I am happy to report they are living their upgrades.

Accountability is a requirement from each of us. As your coach, it is my job to show up timely and fully present, offer timely follow-up (answers to questions, sources, recap emails), and ensure alignment of lessons, tools, and stories to fit your needs. Self-accountability from you is also key to ensure that you are making the intention and time in between calls to show up for yourself. Know that each call will cover a tool(s) to integrate into your life/business that we will review at the start of the next call — every time. I also offer touch bases via email, text (between my business hours 9a CT- 45 CT M-F), and social media DMs (Instagram and LinkedIn).

As a Certified Coach, I am formally trained by two separate institutions (Lightyear Leadership and BetterUp). My ethical north star is to hold all clients in full choice. It is my belief that our bodies hold the answers and a coach’s job is to hold space as a teacher, listener, and guide and to help clients identify, verbalize and translate the body’s intelligence into clear and actionable goals. I hold client’s accountable to their own goals and do not make promises or guarantees for success. While I am not an ICF coach, I adhere to the Code of Ethics and Values outlined on their website.
