Thanks for stopping by. I am Kelly Ferraro and I am here to do meaningful work that supports others and exists harmoniously with my life and my family — and light others up to follow their purpose. To that end, I left a six-figure management job managing a billion-dollar revenue portfolio in Big Tech in order to pursue this vision.
Coaching has always been my passion. I am firing on all cylinders when I get to coach people to use their strengths to reach their dreams — especially when that dream involves a big goal like being a badass leader, launching a business, or scaling a company. As a seasoned marketer and corporate leader, this kind of work is my JAM.

Opened up the NYC marketing and co-spearheaded acclaimed global strategy department for Austin's fifth-largest startup acquisition, managing an international client success team. Oversaw P&L, hiring, resources, account and project management and delivery, custom development, scaled communications and solutions, direct services up-sells, and liaising with sales teams for land-and-expand opportunities. Developed original trainings, workshops, and employee personal development programs. Thought leader and public speaker for the company and panelist for AdWeek, MediaBistro NYC, Social Media Week Austin, and company-sponsored webinars on the topics of digital content strategy. Co-built social media practice, created and implemented digital marketing campaigns for this well-respected global creative branding agency, providing strategic direction, leadership and personal development to a team of 20 entry-level and mid-career professionals. Oversaw budget, client relationship management, and key agency stakeholder management across departments and geographic locations. Developed global digital strategy for Diageo's Captain Morgan and Naked Turtle Rum brands, and developed the social listening program for Google Glass.
