Hello! I am so glad you stopped by. If you are here, you are likely seeking something beyond your current path. Or maybe something just feels “off” — and you are craving greater alignment between your values, strengths, interests, and greater vision for your life. I can tell you from experience that once you know that vision, there is no going back to the “trap door” — that familiar path you have always walked. I am here to help you “get unstuck” so you can put one foot in front of the other on the path towards your goals.
Align To Your Values
In order to change course, you need to know where you are coming from and the general direction of where you are headed. Our coaching relationship begins with your intention that you set at the outset of our session(s). The work is rooted in your values — the important things in life that ground you and you hold dear. This helps ensure that we working in alignment with your deepest desires.
Own Your Strengths
Getting from Point A to Point B can sometimes seem daunting. When we focus on the qualities that make us unique badasses, we gain wings. However, we are not always working in “conscious capability” with our strengths, sometimes even focusing more energy on improving our weaknesses. I work with my clients to cultivate greater awareness around their unique strengths so they can approach their goals and aspirations with confidence and success.
Design Your Vision
There are often moments when I find myself living in my vision. More often than not they are simple ones: running in the wildflowers, making homemade pizza on a Friday night, singing in the kitchen while my kids are drawing. This is what “success” now looks like for me, and I want this for you. What is it time to remember about your future? I want you to clearly visualize what is coming for you so that when you are living your vision you remember that you created it. I coach my clients to remember their future because I believe our bodies hold the answers — we just have to tap in.

There is nothing I love more than holding space for people as they make new choices. I am so excited to co-create your new path of success with you. It just takes unlearning old thought patterns and making new choices. It is not about having all the answers — but rather, heading in the right direction to land in the next right thing.

The best part about being my own boss is that I can tune into prospective clients’ needs and create custom programs that work for your goals, schedule and budget. If any of the below offerings do not fit for you, reach out anyway and let’s tailor something to your needs.
Membership Coaching: I offer program-based packages that are typically five 60-minute sessions spaced every two weeks apart. Every client get a custom workbook, recordings of our sessions (by request), and session notes with action items. Every program ends with clear, actionable goals. Payments are made monthly.
Single-Session Coaching: I also offer ad hoc coaching — where you can purchase one session at a time and steer the agenda while I hold the space, deep listening, and accountability. Similar to programs, open coaching clients get session recordings, session notes with action items, and you will be provided a custom workbook for continued self-study.
Companies and Corporations: If you or your company wish to hire me to work with your team, I co-design bespoke offerings. My aim to help companies achieve their sales goals by empowering teams to build and align around a North Star.
